Pam graduated from the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York and has worked as a restaurant chef, cooking class instructor and now catering chef. She owned Willie Green's Organic Farm for 8 years prior to coming to manage the Manor and has a large cutting and herb garden which she uses for seasoning and garnishing each platter. She is experienced in growing food, preparing it and pairing seasonal foods with wine.

Fromaggio is a purveyor of local and global hand-crafted artisan cheeses. You can come and experience wine and cheese pairing all day, every day. Besides wine and cheese, you can find other high-end gourmet foods like high-end oils, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, sulamis, prosecutes and more.

We offer catering services and visit events. We are also available to offer our services to local wineries that don’t offer food but do have picnic areas where their customers can enjoy a meal or a snack with their wine purchase. Also we have a 'mobile wood fired pizza oven'.
